There’s something timeless about a beautifully wrapped Parisian bouquet. Join us for a unique flower arranging workshop where you’ll learn the art of the classic French hand-tied bouquet using a spiral technique, while discovering simple techniques for photographing flowers beautifully. This floral design class combines floral artistry and visual storytelling into one unforgettable experience.

You’ll learn bouquet construction, spiral technique, flower selection, color composition, and the design principles that make Parisian bouquets feel effortlessly elegant. Once your bouquet is complete, Viola Floral’s in-house photographer, Jelena Ogrizovic, will share practical tips for styling and photographing flowers using natural light, composition, and your smartphone.

Whether you’re documenting your own floral creations, sharing content online, or simply hoping to take more beautiful photos, you’ll leave with new skills and a fresh creative perspective. You’ll leave with a hand-tied bouquet, photography techniques you can use immediately, and beautiful images of your work on your phone.

Please note that all workshops are non-refundable, but if something comes up, feel free to send a friend in your place — flower joy is always transferable. We’ll be starting promptly, so plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, sip something refreshing, and get ready to bloom. Expect to leave with a breathtaking arrangement crafted by your own hands, enriched with newfound knowledge of florals and design. Viola Floral Founder, Jelena Trifunovic, M.Ed. — entrepreneur, former science educator/professor, and mother of three. Jelena’s passion for floral design is centered around the special bond she shared with her late mom. Master Designer, Elise Piatkowski — Weary of the daily grind of commuting to her Manhattan office job, Elise sought a change. With the support of friends and the invaluable guidance of talented mentors, she transformed a passion for floral design into a full-time profession. Almost a decade later, Elise has honed her skills and cultivated a distinctive, authentic style, and enjoys sharing her knowledge through workshops and teaching experiences at Viola Floral.
