Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you commit to receiving repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Auto-Renewal
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you wish to avoid the automatic renewal of a subscription, you can cancel it at any time.
Cancellation and Modification
You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your subscription at any time by clicking here. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, allowing you to manage your subscription. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are acquiring an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory. During the checkout process, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method securely, and fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
Cancellation
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you can request a full or partial refund by following the guidelines outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
