At Viola Floral, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, from the moment you place an order to the post-purchase phase. Our Shipping and Returns Policy is designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and satisfaction for our valued customers. Please read this policy carefully to understand the processes related to shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Information

Delivery Times and Areas

We currently offer hand-delivery from Tuesday to Saturday to the greater Los Angeles area. Our delivery hours are as follows:

  • Business Addresses: Deliveries to businesses are scheduled to arrive by 4:45 p.m.
  • Residential Addresses: Residential deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 6:30 p.m.

If you have special requirements, need same-day delivery, or would like to request a delivery outside of the greater Los Angeles area, please contact us at 310-425-2422, and our team will do its best to accommodate your request.

Substitution Practice

At Viola Floral, we strive to create arrangements that closely match the advertised picture. However, as flowers are not always in season or in stock, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with a similar "look" and feel without prior consultation. If you require a specific product, please contact us to check its availability.

Card Messages

If no name is specified for the "card message," we will include the name of the sender on the card.

Returns and Refunds Information

All Sales Are Final

At Viola Floral, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Flowers are a perishable item and therefore, all sales are final.

Workshop sales are final, however, in the case of emergency or change of plans you will receive a credit which will remain on file indefinitely. 

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damage During Shipping or Delivery: If you receive a floral arrangement that has been damaged during shipping or delivery, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. If you're contacting us after hours, please leave a message with your contact information, and we will get in touch with you on the next business day.

Returns are accepted on a "quality" basis only. Issues related to personal preferences, such as not liking the arrangement, are not grounds for a return.

When ordering flowers for someone else, please ensure that you select an arrangement you believe they will appreciate. Style preferences alone are not grounds for returns.

As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the specified delivery date. We do not call ahead to check for availability to avoid spoiling surprises. If the recipient is not present, it is not cause for a refund or exchange, as we have fulfilled our obligation by delivering as requested.

Resolution Options

Upon confirming the issue, we will gladly replace any damaged item that may have had its quality affected during shipping or delivery.

As flowers are perishable, we do not issue refunds. However, if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may offer you an in-store credit to be used for future purchases.

Responsibility for Flower Care

To extend the life of your floral arrangement, it is the recipient's responsibility to add water to the arrangement daily. We recommend following our care instructions for the best results.

Viola Floral reserves the right to update and amend this Shipping and Returns Policy as needed. Please check our policy periodically for any changes or updates.
