Delivery
What days do you deliver?
We currently offer hand-delivery Tuesday to Saturday to the greater Los Angeles area between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Please call 310-425-2422 to make any special requests.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer hand-delivery to the greater Los Angeles area. Please call 310-425-2422 to request delivery outside of the Los Angeles area — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are your delivery times?
We currently offer hand-delivery Tuesday to Saturday to the greater Los Angeles area between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. We deliver to businesses by 4:45 p.m. and residential addresses by 6:30 p.m. If no one is home, we will call the recipient’s phone number listed on the order form to let them know there is a delivery waiting for them.
What if I need a specific delivery time frame?
Please note the preferred delivery time when you complete checkout or give us a call at 310-425-2422.
What if I need same-day delivery?
Please call us at 310-425-2422 to request same-day delivery.
Do you deliver to businesses?
Absolutely! We deliver to businesses by 4:45 p.m. and confirm business hours prior to delivery.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Absolutely! We have special relationships with the hospitals in the Los Angeles area. A patient name and room number are required — we will take care of the rest.
What is no one is home when you arrive?
If no one is home, we will call the recipient’s phone number listed on the order form to let them know there is a delivery waiting for them. If no one answers, we will contact you to advise. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor and send you a photo.

There is a mistake on my order, how can I make a change?
At Viola Floral, we treat every order like it’s our own and want to make sure both you and your recipient are delighted with your flowers. Please give us a call at 310-425-2422 so that we can assist you promptly.
Flowers & Plants
Will my flowers look like the picture?
The pictures shown are recent examples of actual arrangements we designed and delivered. The time of year determines the type of flowers that are available — the changing seasons inspire creativity in our arrangements and make them all unique. Thus, substitutions to flowers or vases may happen. Please note that while we don’t guarantee that the flowers will look exactly the same as in the photo, we do guarantee that your arrangement will match the overall aesthetic in the photo.
How should I care for the flowers or plants?
Fresh Flowers:
- Add fresh, cool water every 1-2 days or change the water completely
- Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, or vents
- Every stem has a different expected vase life — as blooms expire, pull them out
Plants:
- Check the solid for moisture before watering. When watering, soak the soil and then pour out any excess water.
- Orchids and succulents: wait 7-10 days before watering. Check the soil for moisture. Add ¼ cup of water when needed.
