Viola Floral recently hosted an intimate Set The Table event at our Santa Monica studio, bringing together a curated group of female entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders in HR and operations from across Los Angeles. Led by Rosalind Napoli, Set The Table is an HR and operations consulting firm known for helping growing companies build the infrastructure behind their success. The event served as both a client appreciation moment and a celebration of Women’s History Month, honoring the women shaping and supporting modern businesses.

Hosted inside Viola Floral’s light-filled studio – a former art gallery in Santa Monica – the space offered an open, design-forward setting that feels both elevated and welcoming. Unlike traditional venues, the studio creates a more intimate, thoughtfully curated environment ideal for brand gatherings, workshops, and private corporate events in Los Angeles.
Bouquet Bar Activation – A Floral Experience
The centerpiece of the evening was a custom bouquet bar activation, a signature Viola Floral experience. Guests selected from a curated collection of seasonal blooms and created their own arrangements with guidance from our team. More than an activity, the bouquet bar invites guests to slow down, connect, and engage creatively – making it a natural fit for team-building experiences, client events, and workshops that aim to feel both interactive and meaningful.
