  • On non-holidays, regular orders are delivered Monday to Saturday 12:00pm and 6:30pm, 4:45pm for business deliveries. Our delivery persons create their delivery plan based on the most efficient and environmentally-friendly route each day. Because of this, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you need your floral delivery before a certain time, please get in touch with us by calling 424.257.0307 or email orders@violafloral.com and we will try to make it work!

  • Yes, we do! All of our deliveries to businesses are made between 12:00pm and 4:45pm.

  • Yes, we do! In order to ensure your order arrives safely, please include all applicable information so that we can get the flowers to the recipient smoothly. We will require the name of the business and specific room/suite number. A phone number is also required in case we have any delivery questions.

  • Yes! Please call us at 424.257.0307 to request same day delivery.

  • Upon receiving your flowers, make sure the water in the vase is filled to the top. Change water daily (or as often as you remember). Clean, cool water prevents bacteria from growing (which is the real culprit). Keep flowers out of direct sunlight, heat, and away from vents. Lastly, give your flowers some love! They like to have their picture taken - tag us on Instagram @violafloral #liveinfullbloom

  • If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our delivery person will leave the flowers at the front door or with a concierge/reception desk when available. We will call the recipient’s phone number to let them know there is a delivery waiting for them.

  • Absolutely! We will e-mail you a photo of the floral arrangement once it is out for delivery so you can see how gorgeous it is!

  • Each arrangement we make is completely unique and will include a custom combination of blooms. We ask that you trust the creative direction of our highly skilled floral designers to create the perfect arrangement for you. We can take inspiration from photos, but we cannot replicate them.
